For smooth operation of ODC our account manager constantly coordinates with client’s onsite managers for every aspect of ODC operation.

• Uninterrupted infrastructure
• Reporting – Our account manager will make sure that developers are sending predefined report on a daily basis.
• Issue Management – Day to Day trouble shooting related to culture, communication, technical, infrastructure problems.
• General management – including shift management, arrange teleconferences in odd hours, arrange training within team, facilitating and bridging gaps.
• HR management
• Security like Protection of intellectual property rights through highly secure infrastructure, tight security policy, practices and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) with all employees
• Manager makes sure all elements are in place including predefined security policy and audit network, firewalls, communication tools and CCTV footage.



TRANSFER

• At the end of mutually agreed duration we transfer the entire team, IP and process documents to your team.
